  • Alessandro Antonioli

    As vice president for renewables growth in bp, Alessandro was instrumental in accessing and developing over 50GW of renewable energy across the globe. Alessandro developed first-hand experience in technical development of power infrastructure as a project engineer with General Electric in the UK.

    In 2012, after graduating with an INSEAD MBA, Alessandro worked in private equity in Singapore, where he devised investment strategies for real estate in Asia. He then joined bp in 2013 through their Future Leaders Programme and worked across M&A, renewables, and trading, gaining a full-spectrum perspective on the energy value chain and their commercial implications.

  • Hoang Le Thuy Duong

    Duong was instrumental in the establishment of banking activities for Standard Chartered in Vietnam. She also managed cross-border investment activities for HSBC. Following her success in finance, Duong established her own advisory firm, focusing on market entry and support for foreign companies in Vietnam.

    Duong gained energy experience while working for private equity firm, ASONG INVEST. She also advised CIP on regulatory planning for the development of offshore wind projects.

    Duong is an active contributor to bilateral relations between Vietnam and the UK, beside being the ambassador of Facing the World charity, which provided life-changing facial surgery to more than 20,000 Vietnamese children.

    Duong holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.

  • Craig Anderson

    Craig is an experienced commercial director with a track record of success in the renewable energy and clean infrastructure sectors.

    He has previously built two climate-focused development vehicles into >£10M revenue businesses - Future Earth Energy and Aqua Africa - and was a partner at Arcadis, a global consulting firm.

    Craig also worked as a product accountant for UBS and Deutsche Bank in London, structuring and raising over £750M of private and institutional capital for governments, corporates and projects.

  • Nong Hoang Tuan

    Tuan has been involved in executing various large-scale industrial construction projects in Southeast Asia, both onshore and offshore for over 20 years.

    Tuan has participated in some of the first Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) schemes in the region, and is well-versed in Vietnamese power regulations and standards.

    Tuan has also participated in the establishment of Pharos Energy in Vietnam.
